About Ruthie:
Ruthie worked as a Behavioral Specialist working with people with disabilities for 12 years, earning her Bachelor’s in Behavioral Sciences, a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with an added certification in Drug and Alcohol treatment. Her studies paired with the building of her Spiritual Practice became a Non-binary guide to heal through the body using therapeutic Mindfulness tools and spiritual tools through use of Chakra Balancing.
