What are Chakras?

We have 7 main spiritual centers in the body. These are called chakras. They hold different levels chakrasof energy that help us feel safe, creative,confident, loved, heard, aware, clear headed. When open and working properly they keeps us feeling vibrant, beautiful healthy and feeling alive.

Why do I need them balanced?

Energy by nature is fluid and has a natural flow within our body. There are elements and debris that naturally block our energy flow. Bad energies, toxins, sleeplessness, stress, life events etc. Just as a drain can get clogged in a sink our chakras can become clogged.
